The MOC5007, MOC5008 and MOC5009 have a gallium arsenide IRED optically coupled to a highspeed integrated detector with Schmitt trigger output. Ideal for applications requiring electrical isolation, fast response time, noise immunity and digital logic compatibility.

• To order devices that are tested and marked per VDE 0884 requirements, the suffix "V" must be included at end of part number. VDE 0884 is a test option.
